Bill payments made electronically
All Government bill payments made through any of our self-serve channels, like online, mobile and telephone banking are considered an electronic/self-serve transaction and will be charged at month end, depending on your service fee plan. This will begin with your March 31 service fee withdrawal.
Bill payments made at an advice centre
As a reminder, all bill payments made at an advice centre are subject to a fee of $1.25, with the exception of Affinity credit card payments.
